Thank you for participating in the 2018 Science Ambassador Fellowship summer course at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Atlanta, Georgia. We strive to improve the summer course, and are interested in your feedback and suggestions to guide the direction of future summer courses.

To help us improve next year’s Fellowship, we invite you to complete a voluntary short survey by accessing the link below. The survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
