This needs assessment survey is being conducted to identify the current areas of strength and needs in disaster and hurricane-related preparedness and response in your jurisdiction. Your participation is extremely important and completely voluntary. All information you provide will be kept confidential and only reported in summary form. Your responses will not be identifiable to the research team reviewing the data or anyone reading the summary report.
