Request: Non-substantive change/non-material change request.
The Commission recently received a notice of OMB approval for a revision of this information collection dated 12/23/13.
When preparing an announcement for the revised forms and instructions, we noticed that the footers for these forms and instructions did not indicate the correct edition date. This collection was approved by OMB in December 2013, and will expire December 31, 2016.
The correct edition date for the forms and instructions should be December 2013, and with this non-substantive change/non-material change request, we are simply correcting the footer to reflect this date. This is not an alteration of any regulatory or reporting requirements.
