The Customer Satisfaction Survey is
the survey tool used by OPIC to assess the overall working
experience of clients and partners doing business with OPIC. It is
used to collect data and suggestions to improve customer services
to provide debt financing, insurance and investment funds for
overseas businesses. OPIC’s mandate is to catalyze private capital
for sustainable economic development, to advance U.S. foreign
policy and development goals abroad.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
