As a reminder: The National Hurricane Center issued a Storm Surge Watch and Hurricane Watch at 10 AM CDT
on Wednesday, August 23. These were upgraded to a Hurricane Warning at 4 AM CDT on Thursday, August 24
and a Storm Surge Warning at 10 AM CDT that same day. The hurricane eye made landfall between Port
Aransas and Port O’Connor about 10 PM on Friday, August 25.
