OPENING STATEMENT

Hello, I’m calling from Louisiana State University. We’re doing a short survey for the Emergency Managers of Louisiana parishes. The survey is to find out what the government can do to plan for your safety during hurricanes.


All responses will remain strictly confidential, and you may refuse to answer any question or end the survey at any time. Would you be willing to participate?
