Subject: Participants needed for questionnaire testing
From the Desk of Paul Beatty (Chief, Center for Survey Measurement)
The Center for Survey Measurement is looking for participants to help test question wording on
a national survey about how people interact with and relate to each other, as well as how they
work together to make changes in their communities. Interviews will be one hour and will take
place at a convenient location, including at the Census Bureau in Suitland, Maryland. We will
provide $40 to each person who participates in the study (federal employees are not eligible
to receive the $40).
We need participants who meet ANY of the following criteria:





Volunteer with a group, organization, or association
Participate in school group, community association, sport or recreation group, religious
organization, service or civic association
Live in household with at 1 least other adult
Live with a roommate, housemate, or boarder

The U.S. Census Bureau is looking for people who meet ANY of the following
