Supplemental Document: Justification for a no material/non-substantive change
ATF requests the following changes to ATF Form 5320.23
Information for Chief Law Enforcement Officer section, 3rd line –reference to a “Yes” answer should be ‘to items 6a through 6h,’ not just 6h on sheets 1 and 3
Item 6– change 2nd sentence to clarify to read “Answer questions 7 and 8, if applicable” as item 8 may not require an answer on sheets 2and 4
Item 6 – correct reference so definitions from ‘8-12’ to ‘8-14’ n sheets 2 and 4
Item 6d – correct typo in 2nd line from ‘whether is has’ to ‘whether it has’ on sheets 2 and 4
