Final Results of the Sunset Reviews
Pursuant to sections 751(c)(1) and
752(c)(1) and (3) of the Act, the
Department determines that revocation
of the antidumping duty orders on
certain construction castings from
Brazil, Canada, and the PRC would
likely to lead to a continuation or
recurrence of dumping, and that the
magnitude of the dumping margins
likely to prevail would be weightedaverage margins up to 58.74 percent for
Brazil, up to 25.52 percent for the PRC,
and above de minimis for Canada.
