this program shoudl end in june 2013. no additional funding should be made to this discriniantroy program. 45,000 women are helped allegedly. there are millions of poor women in this country who need this help, why are you discrimimanating to involve only 45,000 women so the other poorwomen numbering in the millionss get to pay higher taxes and get absolutely nothing out of this program. what a rip off this program is. are your respondents hand picked and discriminating on the basis of race. i bet they are. helping only a few and burdening the rest with increased taxes for that help is depraved and clearly discrimnatroy. this program needs to be shut down. this comment is for the public record. jean public
