Stakeholder Survey of DSEPD Fellowship Programs
Project Title:
Stakeholder Survey of DSEPD Fellowship Programs
Date Project Began:
03/27/2017
Project Category:
Unknown - Insufficient Data
Brief Summary of Activity:
Assessment of a workforce development initiative, to learn about the
effectiveness of seven DSEPD fellowship programs, and identify
opportunities for program improvement to better prepare trainees.
Location:
USA
Project Description:
DSEPD fellowship programs’ outcomes are not systematically measured,
making it difficult to use data-informed decisions for program improvement.
We plan to survey recent alumni and supervisors of these programs to
explore and document the extent to which these programs have met
respondents’ individual and organizational training needs. We will use
findings to improve these programs in the future.
