We invite you to participate in the National Environmental Public Health Internship Program Outcome Assessment Survey.
This survey will help us identify training needs and learn how well our fellowship programs prepare participants for work in environmental public health and benefit host organizations. Your feedback is tremendously important to help us improve the internship program, meet your training needs, and better serve participants and host sites.
