The attached materials are provided in support of our request for approval of a customer satisfaction feedback survey under SAMHSA’s generic approval for “Pretesting of Substance Abuse Prevention and Treatment and Mental Health Services Communications Messages.”
This is the 3rd submission under that approval and will impose an estimated annual average total burden of 40 hours. The currently approved total burden hours in the OMB inventory for the Message Pretesting (OMB No. 0930-0196) is 9,290 leaving a remaining total of 9,089 (-84 hours 1st one, -77 hours 2nd, -40 3rd one).
