SUBJECT: Attitudes, Perceptions, and Behaviors of Individuals At-Risk for Prescription Opioid Misuse (OMB No. 0930-0196)
The attached materials are provided in support of our request for approval of a customer satisfaction feedback survey under SAMHSA’s generic approval for “Pretesting of Substance Abuse Prevention and Treatment and Mental Health Services Communications Messages.”
This is the 7th submission under that approval and will impose an estimated annual average total burden of 108 hours. The currently approved total burden hours in the OMB inventory for the Message Pretesting (OMB No. 0930-0196) is 9,290 leaving a remaining total of 8,719 (-84 hours 1st, -77 hours 2nd, -40 3rd, -70 hours 4th,, -128 hours 5th, -64 hours 6th, and -108 hours 7th).
