This ICR submission is to request the
Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approve a non-material or
non-substantive change to a currently approved information
collection. This collection was approved in July 2016 and expires
on July 31, 2019. Currently, State Safety Oversight Agencies
(SSOA’s) submit their annual reports to FTA via a Microsoft Excel
spreadsheet. The proposed change will allow SSO’s to upload the
same report to a dedicated link on FTA’s Safety Resource and
Training System public website. There is no change to the
information collected, burden hours or cost, as a result of this
change, only the vehicle by which SSOA’s submit their annual
reports.
