currently approved collection.
Abstract: 2900–0051 is for
information reports provided by State
Approving Agencies. VA will use data
collected to determine the number of
annual disapprovals and approvals for
programs of education.
An agency may not conduct or
sponsor, and a person is not required to
respond to a collection of information
unless it displays a currently valid OMB
control number. The Federal Register
Notice with a 60-day comment period
soliciting comments on this collection
of information was published on Vol.
81, No. 248, Tuesday, December 27,

necessary to obtain current marital and
dependency information in order to
determine the proper rate of payment
for Veterans and surviving spouses who
are entitled to an additional allowance
for dependents.
