General Comment
do not believe this telephone interviewing study is necessary or will furnish anything new at all.
this is just more busy work that is not necessary to run good govt. this issue will not become
even integral to anything for many years, so that this spending is out of touch with what is
necessary to spend with tax dollars. this is just more fat cat bureaucratic sloth so they have to do
no work in this agency. the survey is worthless and far too expensive. shut it down. budget to
zero
