i believe this is a scam. it doesnt matter what went on in
l960 or in any year up to 2015 or 2016. because that is when
the issue arrived. we do know climate change is a major
f3dctor in causing insect growth sot hat all kinds of insects
will be coming here that foremerly could not live in usa
because the climate did not permit. we need to figure out how
to fight this huge problem, l960 records wont provide any help
with that issue at all. its just more meandering wasteful
unnecessary cdc trying to look like they are busy doing
"something". this colelction is entirely unnecessary. l960 was
not the problem. the rome study in l950 where they told the
world that cllimate change would make changes in our
environment is the issue. they predicted this 56 years ago or
so. its comign true. you cant have climate warming and
extremes without insects being able to proliferate. they are
the most poplous living things on earth. we need new thinking
here. not new spending. closing down the budget for this
compleetely insane waste of american tax dollars.
