Comment 1 Docket ID ED-2016-ICCD-0105.

After a student of Higher education discovers the facts of a particular program they must be granted an equal opportunity. Its extremely unfair and unjust to continue with the same practices , especially if the student has permanently been affected by the program in a negative way. When a student is considered the beneficiary it is wrong to deprive them of their rights and to intintianaly miss guide them.
I have never intintianaly submitted false information nor fraudulent claims if something was said or done thats what i believed to be true at that time.
Sincerely
"In good faith "
Aaron

Comment 2 ED-2016-ICCD-0105
The ability to benefit program sounds like a great idea, i believe most students and businesses would probably agree.
However the information to be submitted is unclear.
Sincerely
Aaron
