* PERMITS WILL NOT BE ISSUED TO INDIVIDUALS ENTERING THE
MONUMENT VIA VESSEL UNTIL NOAA OLE HAS CONTACTED THE
MONUMENT PERMIT COORDINATOR WITH A ‘POSITIVE CHECK’ READING.
