The Federal Interagency Forum on Aging-related Statistics (Aging Forum), established in 1986, currently comprises 16 Federal agencies. The Forum reflects a unique model within the Federal system where agencies work collaboratively in the collection, production and publication of policy-relevant Federal statistics.

The Aging Forum periodically produces Older Americans: Key Indicators of Well-Being, a statistical data report intended to enhance data collections on America’s older populations. Insights gained from this survey information will be used to more clearly define and better serve the needs of the Forum’s target audiences.

The survey is voluntary and is estimated to take no more than 10 minutes to complete. It has been designed so that no individually identifiable information will be released. Please be sure not to include any identifiable information pertaining to the survey. ___________________________________________________________________________________________
