CMS plans to conduct an online survey
of Marketplace website users. This survey will be triggered by
certain pages on Healthcare.gov. The purpose of the survey is to
provide feedback to CMS for making improvements to the website to
facilitate successful enrollment in health insurance using the
website. The purpose of the survey is to provide consumer feedback
to CMS as they use the website Healthcare.gov, including ease of
finding and understanding information provided, satisfaction with
the process of applying for health insurance on the website, among
other important measures of the user experience.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
