Abstract: This is an information
return for reporting tax credit bond
credits distributed to holders of tax
credit bonds. The taxpayer holding a tax
credit bond on an allowance date during
a tax year is allowed a credit against
federal income tax equivalent to the
interest that the bond would otherwise
pay. The bondholder must include the
amount of the credit in gross income
and treat it as interest income. The
issuers and holders of the tax credit
bond will send Form 1097–BTC to the
bond holders quarterly and file the
return with the IRS annually.

In accordance with 31 U.S.C. 5135,
the CCAC:
D Advises the Secretary of the
Treasury on any theme or design
proposals relating to circulating coinage,
bullion coinage, Congressional Gold
Medals, and national and other medals.
D Advises the Secretary of the
Treasury with regard to the events,
persons, or places to be commemorated
by the issuance of commemorative coins
in each of the five calendar years
succeeding the year in which a
commemorative coin designation is
made.
D Makes recommendations with
respect to the mintage level for any
commemorative coin recommended.

opportunity for public comment on the
proposed collection of certain
information by the agency. Under the
Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) of

2, that a meeting of the Veterans’
Advisory Committee on Rehabilitation
(VACOR) will be held on December
12th–13th, 2016 in Conference Room
542 at the Department of Veterans
Affairs, 1800 G Street NW., Washington,
DC 20006. The meeting will begin at
9:00 a.m. (EST) and adjourn at 5:00 p.m.
(EST) each day. The meeting is open to
the public.
The purpose of the Committee is to
provide advice to the Secretary on the
rehabilitation needs of Veterans with
disabilities and on the administration of
VA’s rehabilitation programs.
During the meeting, Committee
members will be provided updated
briefings on various VA programs
designed to enhance the rehabilitative
potential of recently-discharged
Veterans. Members will also begin
consideration of potential
recommendations to be included in the
Committee’s next annual report.
Although no time will be allocated for
receiving oral presentations from the
public, members of the public may
submit written statements for review by
the Committee to Anthony Estelle,
