Ethanol Flex Fuel (EFF) Full-Refiner Aggregate Report – (EFF0100): Instructions for Completing


Who must report

  • Any EFF full-refiner for each of its refineries, and any importer for the ethanol flex fuel it imports, shall submit to EPA an Ethanol Flex Fuel Full-Refiner Aggregate Report. This report is used to demonstrate annual compliance with applicable EFF requirements.

Reporting deadlines for refiners and importers

  • EFF full-refiners or importers shall submit to EPA the Ethanol Flex Fuel Full-Refiner Aggregate Report by March 31st of each year for the prior calendar year averaging period.
