Ethanol Flex Fuel (EFF) Bulk Blender-Refiner Aggregate Report (EFF0300): Instructions for Completing

Who must report

• Any EFF bulk blender-refiner for each of its bulk blender-refineries shall submit to EPA an Ethanol Flex Fuel Bulk Blender-Refiner Aggregate Report. This report is used to demonstrate annual compliance with applicable EFF requirements.

Reporting deadlines for refiners and importers

• EFF bulk blender-refiners shall submit to EPA the Ethanol Flex Fuel Bulk Blender-Refiner Aggregate Report by March 31^st of each year for the prior calendar year averaging period.

• EPA maintains report templates, electronic submission procedures and additional support options at http://www.epa.gov/otaq/fuels/reporting/cdx.htm.
