Certified Natural Gasoline Ethanol Flex Fuel Blendstock Refiner Batch Report – (EFF0600): Instructions for Completing


Who must report

  • Any certified natural gasoline ethanol flex fuel blendstock refiner for each of its refineries, and any importer for certified natural gasoline ethanol flex fuel blendstock it imports, shall submit to EPA a Certified Natural Gasoline Ethanol Flex Fuel Blendstock Refiner Batch Report for each batch of certified natural gasoline ethanol flex fuel blendstock (NGEFFBS) produced in the compliance year. This report is used to demonstrate annual compliance with applicable EFF requirements.

Reporting deadlines for refiners and importers

  • Certified natural gasoline ethanol flex fuel blendstock refiners or importers shall submit to EPA the Certified Natural Gasoline Ethanol Flex Fuel Blendstock Refiner Batch Report(s) by March 31st of each year for the prior calendar year averaging period.

Please include leading zeros where applicable.
