We have not received your response to the 2015 Business R&D and Innovation Survey that
we sent to you in late March. Your response was due 60 days from receipt. Your company’s
report is now past due.
This survey is mandatory and confidential. Title 13, United States Code, Sections 8(b), 131,
and 182, and Title 42, United States Code, Sections 1861-76 (National Science Foundation
Act of 1950, as amended) authorize the collection of information in this survey. Title 13, United
States Code, Sections 224 and 225 makes your response mandatory. Title 13, United States
Code, Section 9 also protects the confidentiality for all of your company’s information. Only
persons sworn to protect Title 13 information may see your responses.
You can file your survey online through the Census Bureau's Business Help Site: https://
econhelp.census.gov/brdis. The form we are requesting you complete is the 2015 BRDI-1. Your
