Defense Human Resources Activity (DHRA) Chief Management
Officer (CMO) Review of Survey of Registered Voters Living
Overseas

As requested, DHRA CMO has reviewed the subject study protocol and it’s supporting
materials as part of the OMB submission process through Washington Headquarters Services
(WHS). DHRA CMO has no concerns, our recommendation to WHS is that that the study
protocol and the data collection materials for Survey of Registered Voters Living Overseas are
sufficiently designed and developed in order to be sent forward as required to obtain OMB
approval for a Public Information Collection.
