Appendix D. TRI State, Tribal, and Regional Contacts

EPCRA Section 313 requires facilities to submit reports to both EPA and their state or tribe (if located in Indian country as defined by 18 USC §1151). TRI coordinators are also designated for each EPA region to assist with TRI matters within their region.
