Good Morning,
As requested, DMDC has reviewed the subject study protocol and it's

supporting materials as part of the OMB and RCS submission process through
WHS/ICB. The concerns raised in our review have been adequately addressed.
Our recommendation to WHS/ICB is that the information collection materials
are sufficiently designed and developed in order to be sent forward as
required to obtain OMB clearance for a Public Information Collection.
Further, we recommend that the information collection be approved and
licensed under DoDI 1100.13 and DoDI 8910.01, respectively.
The DMDC recommendation letter, the information collection documentation,
and the DMDC review are attached.
