The following includes all data collection and survey questions in the abbreviated survey. This survey is intended for use when bus or bike parties are encountered by the interviewer. This survey is conducted by interview with data entered directly into a computer. There is also information provided on the values for questions responses and the flow/logic of the survey. The “@” represents a radio button. If no specific mention of logic flow, then survey continues with next question in numerical order.
