Pretest and Main Study Questionnaires

The questionnaires will be administered online (i.e., via laptop computer) during the in-person data collection session. Any text in square brackets “[ ]” is either an administrative annotation or a note for the computer programmers to designate intended functionality, branching, or appearance.
