Justification for Non-Substantive Change
Passport Services Management is in the process of deactivating one of their facilities where applications are accepted and proposed changing the first page section “Where do I mail This Application” and the last page of the actual form page to include three different mailing addresses instead of what is currently the latest approved DS-82 form. The proposed change will instruct applicants based upon their demographic location where they will need to mail the completed form, depending on the state they live in.
