Per OMB requirements to display the OMB Control Number, FRA has updated its form associated with this Information Collection package to include the new expiration date of 07/31/2019.
This non-substantive change updates the following FRA Form:
FRA F 6180.119 – Part 214 Railroad Workplace Safety Violation Report Form. New expiration date of 07/31/2019 was added to the form and also the form converted to a pdf fillable form for ease of use.
