Completion of this application is required to obtain a permit to receive Antarctic marine living resources, from a vessel
permitted to harvest or transship Antarctic Marine Living Resources under 50 CFR 300.107, at a U.S. port of landing under
provisions of the Antarctic Marine Living Resources Convention Act of 1984 (16 USC 2431 et seq.). No permit will be
issued without completion of this application. Permits to first receive AMLR enable NMFS to track that all entries of AMLR
are in compliance with regulations that appear in Volume 50, Part 300 Subpart G of the Code of Federal Regulations.
Paperwork Reduction Act:
Public reporting burden for this collection of information is estimated to average 15 minutes per response, including the time
reviewing instructions, searching existing data sources, gathering and maintaining the data needed, and completing and
reviewing the collection of information. Notwithstanding any other provision of the law, no person is required to respond nor
shall any person be subject to a penalty for failure to comply with, a collection of information subject to the requirements of
