I am writing on behalf of the National Cancer Institute’s (NCI) Healthcare Teams Initiative to invite you to participate in an online assessment of our Healthcare Teams Cyber Discussions.

In 2012 NCI sponsored the Healthcare Teams Cyber Discussion led by nationally recognized facilitators to explore challenges and opportunities healthcare teams, patients and their families face in their mutual interest to establish an effective partnership during the delivery of cancer care. We now want to understand if the quarterly Cyber Discussions stimulated research ideas, grant submissions, publications or collaboration on teamwork issues in cancer care delivery.

Your feedback is important to help us understand potential Cyber Discussions impact on healthcare teams research and improved teamwork processes in cancer care.
