Respectfully request a non-substantive change for the Civil Rights Division – Office
of Special Counsel for Immigration-Related Unfair Employment Practices.

On January 18, there will be a name change within the Civil Division, which will be reflected on
the Office of Special Counsel charge form. This name change will not affect the burden hours of
this collection. Please refer to the “Supplementary Documents” section in ROCIS for the revised
charge form.
