Justification for Non Material/Non Substantive Change

The Peace Corps proposes to make a change to the Peace Corps World Wise Schools Educator Enrollment Form, OMB Control Number 0420-0540, Expiration Date 06/30/2017. The change reflects no additional collection of personal information from educators interested in World Wise Schools program, only in the type of activity they wish to do with Peace Corps Volunteers. The changes are nonsubstantive and, as a result, do not require approval under the Paperwork Reduction Act, 44 U.S.C. 3501 et seq.
The Agency intends to remove six fields from the form because the World Wise Schools program has determined collecting this information is not necessary. Removing these fields will allow the Agency to collect more accurate information, and will decrease the burden on the Agency by no longer collecting that information.
