EOIR-58 (OMB 1125-0016) Narrative of Changes

On November 4, 2015, OMB approved for use the Unfair Immigration-Related Employment Practices
Complaint Form EOIR-58 (OMB1125-0016). The agency has concluded that additional instructions for
preparing and filing the complaint form, available in both the English and Spanish language, would
greatly assist the public in completing the form. The instructions on the existing form provide only a
brief overview of the complaint process, filing instructions and contact information. Whereas these
additional instructions were designed to provide step-by-step guidance on completing the Form EOIR58. The agency intends to make these instructions available on its website as a printable pdf document.
