E-58 Narrative of Non-Substantive Changes

On November 4, 2015, OMB approved for use the Unfair Immigration-Related Employment Practices
Complaint Form EOIR-58 (OMB1125-0016). On March 29, 2016, a non-substantive change request was
approved for this collection. Since then, the Office of Special Counsel for Immigration-Related Unfair
Employment Practices (OSC), which brings cases before OCAHO, published a final rule changing their
office name to the Immigrant and Employee Rights Section. The final rule became effective January 18,
2017. OSC’s previous name appears in several places on the Form EOIR-58. As such, EOIR would like to
update the Form EOIR-56 to reflect OSC’s current name.
