FDIC 4100/06 (7/18)

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) has undertaken a project to
redesign our internet applications to make them more user-friendly and provide
additional functionality in support of our mission to provide reliable data to the
public. The FDIC will be making these redesigned applications publically
available through multiple incremental releases over the next several months.
We would appreciate your feedback on the current FDIC.gov website so that we
can continuously improve our applications and meet your needs. The survey is
voluntary and anonymous, and will take about 12 minutes to complete.
