Statement of the Terms of Substance of
the Proposed Rule Change
The Exchange proposes to amend
Nasdaq Rules 4702, Order Types, and
4703, Order Attributes, to change the
way in which Post Only Orders interact
with resting Non-Display orders and
preventing the execution of midpoint
pegged orders during a crossed market.
