Request for Revision of a Currently Approved Collection by the
Office of Management and Budget: Form EOIR-56, Request to be
Included on the List of Pro Bono Legal Service Providers

Attached is the information collection request (ICR) for the Form EOIR-56, Request to be
Included on the List of Pro Bono Legal Service Providers, as required for certification and
submission to the Office of Management and Budget. The purpose of the Form EOIR-56 is to
allow organizations, private attorneys, and referral services to seek to be included on the List of
Pro Bono Service Providers provided to individuals in removal proceedings or who seek asylum.
This change request is sought to replace the paper form with an electronic filing method.
