SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: In
accordance with the Paperwork
Reduction Act of 1995, we provide the
general public and other Federal
agencies with an opportunity to
comment on new, proposed, revised,
and continuing collections of
information. This helps us assess the
impact of our information collection
requirements and minimize the public’s
reporting burden. It also helps the
public understand our information
collection requirements and provide the
requested data in the desired format.
A Federal Register notice with a 60day public comment period soliciting
comments on this collection of
information was published on December
21, 2016 (81 FR 93711). No comments
were received.
We are again soliciting comments on
the proposed ICR that is described
below. We are especially interested in
public comment addressing the
following issues: (1) Is the collection
necessary to the proper functions of
Reclamation; (2) will this information be
processed and used in a timely manner;
(3) is the estimate of burden accurate;
(4) how might Reclamation enhance the
quality, utility, and clarity of the
information to be collected; and (5) how
might Reclamation minimize the burden
of this collection on the respondents,
including through the use of
information technology.

Abstract: This information collection
is required under the Reclamation
Reform Act of 1982 (RRA), Acreage
Limitation Rules and Regulations, 43
CFR part 426, and Information
Requirements for Certain Farm
Operations In Excess of 960 Acres and
the Eligibility of Certain Formerly
Excess Land, 43 CFR part 428. The
forms in this information collection are
to be used by district offices to
summarize individual landholder
(direct or indirect landowner or lessee)
and farm operator certification and
reporting forms. This information
allows us to establish water user
compliance with Federal reclamation
law.

The Bureau of Reclamation,
as the National Environmental Policy
Act (NEPA) Federal lead agency, and
the Sites Project Authority, as the
California Environmental Quality Act
(CEQA) State lead agency, have
rescheduled the public meetings dates
and have extended the public comment
period for the Sites Reservoir Project
Draft Environmental Impact Report/
Environmental Impact Statement (Draft
EIR/EIS) and Draft Feasibility Report
(Draft FR).
DATES: The comment period for the
Draft EIR/EIS and Draft FR that
published August 18, 2017, at 82 FR
39454, is extended. Submit written
comments on or before January 15,
2018.

the adequacy and completeness of the
environmental analyses and proposed
mitigation measures, helping inform
