Short Statement: This is a new collection. The rule proposes to consolidate the information collection requirements of the informal appeals process under this new part; as such, NCUA intends to remove the burden allocated to the appeals process currently under OMB control numbers 3133-0141, -0127, -0114, -0117, -0133, and -0138, upon promulgation of this new rule.
