601 Name of Law: Agricultural Marketing Agreement Act of
1937
This is a new collection for
the Pecan Marketing Order. The 60 day notice is embedded in the
proposed rule published July 21, 2017. These two forms are new to
the newly established Pecan Marketing Order. The program is funded
by assessments paid by pecan handlers to the Council and the
Marketing Order requires handlers to pay assessments. The data
collected on these forms provide the Council the volume of pecans
moving through their operations and into commercial channels.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
