Purpose and instructions: The purpose of the Time Use Survey is to help us learn how teachers and administrators at early care and education centers spend their time. The Staff Roster for Time-Use Surveys form will help us obtain a list of staff members in specific administrative and teaching positions to invite them to participate in the Time-Use Survey. Please list the first name, last name, and email address and/or phone number for all administrators and teachers in the pre-filled staff positions included for this center. All informaiton will be kept private.
