an offer to purchase a VA-acquired property, as authorized by law (38 U.S.C. 1820(a)(5)).) as identified in the VA system of records, 55VA26, Loan Guaranty Home,
Condominium and Manufactured Home Loan Applicant Records, Specially Adapted Housing Applicant Records and Vendee Loan Applicant Records - VA, and
published in the Federal Register. Your obligation to respond is required to obtain or retain benefits. VA may conduct computer matches to verify the information you
will furnish. Under the financial privacy act of 1978, VA may obtain financial records held by financial institutions in connection with the consideration or
administration of assistance to you. Such financial records will be available to VA without further notice or authorization.
Respondent Burden: We need this information to consider your offer to purchase a VA acquired property. Title 38, United States Code, allows us to ask for this
information. We estimate that you will need an average of 5 minutes to review the instructions, find the information, and complete this form. VA and the Service

or condition, even as to warranty of title. Further, purchaser(s) declare that they have examined the above described property prior to the date of this
acceptance and they specifically waive all rights against VA. Purchaser(s) are aware that VA has disclosed the following known defects in this

SECTION III - CRESPA AND PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION NOTICE (Applicable to VIRGINIA Properties Only)
Choice of Settlement Agent: You have the right to select a settlement agent to handle the closing of this transaction and you will be responsible for
the payment of their fee for handling the closing. The settlement agent's role in closing your transaction involves the coordination of numerous
administrative and clerical functions relating to the collection of documents and the collection and disbursement of funds required to carry out the
terms of the contract between the parties. If part of the purchase price is financed, your lender will instruct the settlement agent as to the signing and
recording of loan documents and the disbursement of loan proceeds. No settlement agent can provide legal advise to any party to the transaction
except a settlement agent who is engaged in the private practice of law in Virginia and who has been retained or engaged by a party to the
transaction for the purpose of providing legal services to that party.
Escrow, closing and settlement service guidelines: The Virginia State Bar issues guidelines to help settlement agents avoid and prevent the
unauthorized practice of law in connection with furnishing escrow, settlement or closing services. As a party to a real estate transaction, you are
entitled to receive a copy of these guidelines from your settlement agent, upon request, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Real
Estate Settlement Protection Act.

SECTION V - MECHANIC'S LIEN NOTICE
Virginia Law (SS 43-1 et.seq.) permits persons who have performed labor or furnished materials for the construction, removal, repair or
improvement of any building or structure to file a lien against the property. This lien may be filed at any time after the work is commenced or the
material is furnished, but no later than the earlier of (i) 90 days from the last day of the month in which the lien or last performed work or furnished
materials, or (ii) 90 days from the time construction, removal, repair or improvement is terminated. AN EFFECTIVE LIEN FOR WORK
PERFORMED PRIOR TO THE DATE OF SETTLEMENT MAY BE FILED AFTER SETTLEMENT, LEGAL COUNSEL SHOULD BE
CONSULTED.
