Purpose of this Submission: The Commission is seeking a non-substantive change request for this information collection. This submission seeks to move (i) FCC Form 507; (ii) the accompanying instructions to FCC Form 507; (iii) FCC Form 508; (iv) the accompanying instructions to FCC Form 508; (v) FCC Form 509; and (vi) the accompanying instructions to FCC Form 509 from OMB Control Number 3060-0986 to OMB Control Number 3060-0233. There are no changes to the burden hours and there are no costs associated with this non-substantive change request.

Summary of Proposed Updates to FCC Form 507, FCC Form 508, and FCC Form 509

• Changes: Moving FCC Forms 507, 508 and 509 from OMB Control Number 3060-0986 to OMB Control Number 3060-0233 will streamline the administration of high-cost forms by combining the support mechanisms specific to rate-of-return carriers into one information collection, and limiting OMB Control Number 3060-0986 to the annual reporting for all high-cost support recipients.
