3. Question 1, page 1, second box, add colon after “bond decision)”.
4. Page 1, signature line, add “/Petitioner” to “Appellant”.
5. Form Instructions, ¶ 2. Filing: add “, or U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP)” after
“(USCIS)” in first sentence.
6. Form Instructions, ¶ 2. Filing: delete “USCIS” in fourth sentence.
7. Form Instructions, ¶ 3. Review: replace all occurrences of “USCIS” with “DHS”.
